Field Marketing Manager
Reducto helps AI teams ingest real world enterprise data with state of the art accuracy.
The vast majority of enterprise data — from financial statements to health records — is locked in unstructured file formats like PDFs and spreadsheets. We train vision models to read those documents the way a human would, and make it possible to build products, train models, and automate processes at scale.
We’ve grown incredibly quickly, growing revenue by 7x YOY, and now work with hundreds of companies ranging from leading AI teams (Harvey, Vanta, Scale), through to enterprise (FAANG, top 3 trading firm). We've raised over 100M from world class investors like A16z, Benchmark, and First Round Capital.
The Role
Reducto is looking for a strategic, creative, and execution-minded Field Marketing Manager to define and scale our field marketing and events program. You’ll shape how Reducto shows up in the market—leading everything from event strategy to hands-on execution across owned events, sponsored activations, and partner collaborations.
You’ll have significant ownership and visibility, with a direct hand in creating Reducto’s field marketing motion as the company grows. You’ll design memorable, creative experiences for enterprise and executive audiences, partner closely with Growth, Sales, and Product Marketing to drive real pipeline impact, and help shape Reducto’s go-to-market motion as we scale.
What You'll Do:
Define and execute the strategy for Reducto’s events and field marketing, spanning owned events, sponsored activations, and strategic partner collaborations.
Design experiences that feel creative, on-brand, and memorable – from large-scale activations/conferences to intimate executive dinners.
Drive pipeline impact by partnering with Growth and Sales on event targeting, pre/post engagement, and measurable outcomes.
Plan and manage the events calendar, budgets, vendors, and logistics – scaling operations with a high bar for execution.
Travel as needed to support major events, executive programs, and field initiatives.
You'll Thrive Here If You:
Have 3–7+ years of experience in field marketing, events, or GTM roles - ideally in B2B SaaS, devtools, or AI infrastructure.
Bring a proven history of leading complex, large-scale events with multiple partners and agencies, overseeing six- to seven-figure budgets.
Have strong analytical capabilities with experience reporting pipeline contribution, ROI, and performance insights.
Champion great taste and instinct for brand, aesthetics, and experience design.
Hold yourself to a high bar for quality, speed, and precision.
Enjoy taking full ownership and are energized by new challenges in a fast moving environment.
Bonus:
Have experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup.
Have experience developing field marketing programs tailored to enterprise audiences, including executive decision-makers.
Are comfortable with or can effectively leverage technical or AI-native tooling.
This is an in-person role at our office in San Francisco, CA. We're an early-stage company with extraordinary momentum, looking for someone who's excited to build something transformative from the ground up. We need a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to capitalize on the remarkable product-market fit we've already established.
