Series B $108M Funding

Reducto Announces $108M in Funding to Define the Future of AI Document Intelligence

Less than two years ago, Reducto released the first Parse API to combine the best of traditional computer vision and Vision-Language Models (VLMs). We set a new standard for converting complex documents into LLM-ready data, prioritizing accuracy, reliability, and production-grade performance from day one.

Today, we're announcing $108M in total funding following a new $75M Series B led by a16z. This round accelerates our mission to define the frontier of AI Document Intelligence and marks the beginning of our next chapter as we scale to meet the needs of both next-generation AI startups and the world's largest enterprises.

Unlocking the world's unstructured data

A lot of the world's most important data is locked in unstructured file formats like PDFs and spreadsheets. Real-world impact from AI means working with that messy, real-world data. From the beginning, Reducto has been focused on helping teams unlock it accurately, reliably, and at scale.

Reducto has quickly become the standard for companies building production-ready AI applications. Today, Reducto is used across companies of all sizes, from leading AI teams like Harvey, Mercor, and Rogo, to some of the largest enterprises including a Fortune 10 company, a Global Top 5 Hedge Fund, and category leaders across Healthcare, Insurance, and Real Estate.

The traction speaks for itself. In just the six months since announcing our Series A, monthly processing volume has increased 6x. We've now processed over a billion pages for these pioneering teams, powering everything from intelligent document workflows to agentic applications that can read, edit, and act on unstructured data.

A complete toolkit for document intelligence

We didn't stop with building state-of-the-art parsing capabilities. Over the last year, we've continued pushing the frontier with our split and extract endpoints, and released the industry's first unstructured document editing API to help teams build agentic applications that can reliably work with documents in any capacity.

These powerful API endpoints are complemented by Reducto Studio, our interactive workspace for building, evaluating, and deploying production-ready document pipelines.

Pushing the frontier for everyone

Our $75M Series B was led by a16z, alongside existing investors Benchmark, First Round Capital, Y Combinator, and BoxGroup. This funding will help us accelerate across model research and product capabilities, and scale adoption across both enterprise and next-generation AI startups.

In the near term, we'll be announcing a series of product improvements that extend our capabilities even further. We're expanding our Agentic OCR framework, which corrects last-mile mistakes to unlock step-change improvements in accuracy, to tackle the most common problems facing teams today. This includes a new agentic chart extraction technique, an agentic extraction review, and more to help our customers achieve near-perfect accuracy on their most challenging documents.

Just as importantly, we're making reliable document intelligence available to everyone building with AI. With this round, we're introducing a new flexible pricing structure for the next generation of teams that want access to the same best-in-class infrastructure used by leading enterprises. These options dramatically lower the barrier for early-stage teams and researchers, helping them start fast today and grow with Reducto as their dedicated ingestion team for the long run. Whether you're a two-person startup or a Fortune 500 company, Reducto will scale with you.

Our next chapter

Above all, we want to use this moment to express our gratitude to the customers and investors who have supported us throughout this journey. Our goal with Reducto is to help our customers push the frontiers with their products, and we have a lot of work ahead of us in our mission of building the interface that connects human data with AI.

We're a small, ambitious team that is committed to the work ahead. We're hiring across engineering, research, and go-to-market, and would love to meet builders who want to join us on our journey. You can view our open roles here or learn more at reducto.ai.

Here's to everything ahead.
