GTM Operations Lead
Reducto helps AI teams ingest real world enterprise data with state of the art accuracy.
The vast majority of enterprise data — from financial statements to health records — is locked in unstructured file formats like PDFs and spreadsheets. We train vision models to read those documents the way a human would, and make it possible to build products, train models, and automate processes at scale.
We've grown incredibly quickly, growing revenue by 8x YOY, and now work with hundreds of companies ranging from leading AI teams (Harvey, Vanta, Scale), through to enterprise (FAANG, top 3 trading firm).
We've raised over $100M from world class investors like A16z, Benchmark, and First Round Capital, and are hiring a GTM Operations Lead to design and build the operational foundation of our go-to-market organization from the ground up.
This is a true zero-to-one role. You will not be inheriting a mature RevOps function, you will architect the systems, data model, and operating cadence that power Sales, Marketing, and every future GTM motion (CS, Partnerships, Expansion). You will personally build the core infrastructure, establish the standards, and create clarity where today there is ambiguity.
We'd love to meet you if you:
Experience: You have 4-8 years in GTM Ops, RevOps, Sales Ops, or BizOps at SaaS companies, and you've personally stood up a GTM/RevOps function from scratch or near-zero. You've thrived in high-growth environments where adaptability is essential.
Builder Mindset: You default to building the right solution rather than reaching for an off-the-shelf one, and you have the taste and technical chops to back it up. You're fast, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity. You have a track record of shipping systems that teams actually adopt and respect.
Technical Foundation: Deep hands-on expertise with CRMs and the data behind them. You can build them from first principles (objects, lifecycle stages, automation, routing, permissions). You're comfortable working directly with raw data, building dashboards and tools, and partnering with engineering and data when something needs to be built that no SaaS product can do for you.
Analytical Rigor: Strong modeling, diagnosis, and explanation skills. You can build forecasts that GTM and Finance both trust, design comp models that drive the right behavior, and turn raw signal into the clear answers leadership needs to make decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: You partner closely with GTM leaders, Finance, Product, and engineering to turn strategy into executable systems. You're skilled at translating ambiguous business needs into the operational scaffolding that makes them real.
Low Ego, High Ownership: You default to ownership, not ticket-taking. You identify operational gaps proactively and ship solutions before someone has to ask. You're collaborative, low-drama, and you bias toward automation and simplification at every turn.
The core work will include:
Designing end-to-end GTM systems architecture across Sales, Marketing, and future post-sales and partnerships motions
Building and owning our CRM from first principles — objects, lifecycle stages, automation, routing, permissions — and the rest of our GTM stack
Defining funnel stages, lead and account lifecycle, and attribution in partnership with Marketing
Building forecasting models and revenue reporting that GTM and Finance both trust
Owning commissions modeling and comp operations; designing comp frameworks, performance metrics, and quota structures for new GTM functions as we hire
Designing territory, segmentation, account assignment, and routing models as the business evolves
Building dashboards for pipeline health, conversion, capacity, and performance — and turning them into codified action protocols, not just charts
Partnering with Finance on headcount modeling, capacity planning, and coverage ratios as the team scales
Supporting pricing, packaging, and GTM motion experiments
Ensuring data integrity and consistency across every system in the GTM stack
Bonus points if you:
Have experience at a usage-based or consumption-pricing SaaS business and understand how that reshapes pipeline, forecasting, and customer success operations
Have hired and managed an ops team, and know how to develop talent while staying hands-on
Are familiar with the AI/ML or developer-tools landscape and the GTM motions that work in technical sales
Use AI thoughtfully in your own workflows — building agents, scripts, and automations that compound the leverage of a small ops team
