Reducto helps AI teams ingest real world enterprise data with state of the art accuracy.
The vast majority of enterprise data — from financial statements to health records — is locked in unstructured file formats like PDFs and spreadsheets. We train vision models to read those documents the way a human would, and make it possible to build products, train models, and automate processes at scale.
We’ve grown incredibly quickly, from zero to mid 7 figure ARR in 1 year, and now work with hundreds of companies ranging from leading AI teams (Harvey, Vanta, Scale), through to enterprise (FAANG, top 3 trading firm).
We’re also backed by world class investors like Benchmark and First Round Capital,, and we’re now looking for a Founding Account Executive who can help us capitalize on our early momentum and catalyze our GTM function.
We would love to meet you if you possess the following:
Execution Focus: You're a highly motivated self-starter who excels at driving deals from prospecting to close. You understand that at this stage, execution is everything - you'll be responsible for hitting the ground running and delivering revenue through an organized sales process.
Experience: You have a proven track record of exceeding targets in enterprise B2B SaaS sales with technical products or AI/ML solutions. You've thrived in high-growth environments where adaptability is essential.
Strategic Thinking: You can identify customer pain points and articulate our value proposition effectively to various stakeholders. You're skilled at navigating complex sales cycles and building relationships with both technical and business decision-makers.
Collaboration: You work effectively with cross-functional teams and are excited to partner closely with our founding team to provide market feedback that shapes our product and go-to-market strategy.
Technical Acumen: You can quickly grasp complex technical concepts and articulate our value proposition to technical and business stakeholders alike. You understand the AI/ML landscape and can position our solution effectively.
The core work will include:
Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification
Contributing to the development of our sales playbook, helping identify what works and refining our approach
Working closely with founders to provide market feedback and customer insights
Documenting customer requirements, objections, and competitive insights to improve our sales process
Playing a key role in building our culture as the company grows

Have experience selling AI/ML or document processing solutions
Have a network of enterprise relationships you can leverage
Have experience selling to both technical and business buyers
This is an in-person role at our office in San Francisco, CA. We're an early-stage company with extraordinary momentum, looking for someone who's excited to help build something transformative from the ground up. PDFs are the status quo for enterprise knowledge in nearly every industry. Insurance claims, financial statements, invoices, and health records are all stored in a structure that’s simply impractical for use in digital workflows. This isn’t an inconvenience—it’s a critical bottleneck that leads to dozens of wasted hours every week.
Traditional approaches fail at reliably extracting information in complex PDFs
OCR and even more sophisticated ML approaches work for simple text documents but are unreliable for anything more complex. Text from different columns are jumbled together, figures are ignored, and tables are a nightmare to get right. Overcoming this usually requires a large engineering effort dedicated to building specialized pipelines for every document type you work with.
Reducto breaks document layouts into subsections and then contextually parses each depending on the type of content. This is made possible by a combination of vision models, LLMs, and a suite of heuristics we built over time. Put simply, we can help you:
Accurately extract text and tables even with nonstandard layouts
Automatically convert graphs to tabular data and summarize images in documents
Extract important fields from complex forms with simple, natural language instructions
